For over 50 years, the FJCF has championed and promoted the role of French-speaking youth in Canada, in collaboration with its 12 provincial and territorial youth member organizations. Through its network, the FJCF advocates for the interests of French-speaking youth in Canada and helps them reach their full potential, including by spearheading major initiatives such as the Jeux de la francophonie canadienne, the Forum jeunesse pancanadien, the Parlement jeunesse pancanadien, a scolarship program, and microgrant program (Community School Support Fund), in addition to coordinating various youth employment and skills development programs, such as Young Canada Works, DépasseToi, and Apic.
